Would this be a good idea for a birthday present?

i found this thing where you can buy one square foot of countryside in Ireland. my boyfriend and i both have Irish ancestry, and he's always said that he would want to go there. i thought it would be pretty unique. they provide you with legal papers, and a map to the place if you ever went to visit it. i'm also going to get him other things for his birthday. what do you think? is that a good idea?
