Why isn't the government's censoring of profanity on TV considered a violation of the First Amendment?

The first amendment says "Congress shall make no law... abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to emble..." Technically, doesn't this mean that the government's censorship of profanity on TV and radio is illegal?
