What kind of weapons did the cavemen use to fight the dinosaurs?

I read that every genoration gets bigger then there parents. If that so, cavemen were small. How did really small people fight dinosaurs? Did they use some kind of modern weapon thats just made of rocks or did they fight with marshal arts?
