Weird dream please help interpret?

The dream starts out with me lying in a graveyard. When i stand up, i see the moon, it looks huge, and the sky is green. Three people run past me. They are screaming "He's Here, evacuate" So i start running, cause people running and saying "Hes here" doesn't sound very good. So i am freaked out, cause there are like people hanging from trees. So i see this house, i vaguely remember, but i don't know what from. The windows are shattered. And then more people run by. Soon, i turn around to see the graveyard, a man in a cloak is walking towards me. Soon, i see a orange cat (it's one that has been hanging around my house for awhile. He talks, and im totally freaked out. So i start running after him (cause you don't see many talking cats in reality.) soon, the dark man is right behind me. I sense dangerous vibes and i get freaked. So i jump through a window into the house. It smells weird in here, but i try to hide. Soon, i see a baby. It has a name tag on it's clothes, the name is mine. And then someone grabs me and it ends. What does it mean?
