I believe my pit bull may have gotten ahold of some bug poison?

I believe my pit bull may have gotten ahold of some bug poison. She has diarrhea really bad. Like it just keeps coming out and will not stop. And she will not eat. I do not have money to take her to the vet. What can I do? I am making her white rice with chicken broth right now to see if that will help. I really don't know what else I can do for her. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
