Young and needs a horse?

i turn 18 this year and am in year 12 i have been obsessed with horses my whole life and staretd horse ridding lessons at the age of 12 i have always begged for a horse by my parents but we dont live on acreage i have decided its time to get one any ideas of how i work but part time i no all about tacking care of them and many friends own there own horses as well but they dont have the pion i do i have a love for the animals aswell as the sport more the animal and my friends have them cause of the sport hel plz
