Twin block braces ? WEIRD when i bite down someone PLEASE ANSWER THISS!!!!!!!!! :(?

You are supposed to wear your Twin Blocks 24/7 including when eating. The only time they come out is when you brush your teeth. Your back teeth are not supposed to touch after wearing Twin Blocks for that long and the purpose of grinding a little off the plastic each month is to allow the teeth to come together. Eventually the teeth will touch. In the meantime, if you continue to eat without the appliances in place, all you will end up doing is cause undue trauma to the teeth that do touch when you chew and delay your treatment - that means longer wear time.
