Scary things?

So, I'm writing a horror story, and I need some ideas of scary things to happen. The character, a teen girl, is all alone in her house for the weekend. Everything is actually an illusion, she's really imagining all these things, but other than creepy shadows and spooky noises, I can't think of much happening to her. Any suggestions would be helpful, like things of which you're afraid.
