More than friends... but not exclusive...?

So there is this guy I've been chatting with on MSN for 2 years, and we've just been really good "MSN buddies"... up until recently. We ran into each other at a local nightclub a few weekends ago and we spent the entire night at the club together. The next day, he texted me saying he had so much fun. Since then, we've seen each other a couple times and we talk everyday. He always says things like "yea you're welcome to come to my bball games anytime" or "you're welcome at my house anytime"....I don't know if I should take it as he just wants to be friends or what? He's kissed me a couple of times, and he hugs me whenever he says goodbye after we've spent time together. I just don't know if he wants to be more than friends. Even yesterday he said "too bad you live so far" (we live across the city). How should I know if he is just considering me a really good friend, or someone he wants to get into a relationship with? I definitely want him as my boyfriend! Thx for the help :)
