Yes, patch them up with Marine-Tex. Mix it according to directions and apply it slightly higher then the surrounding area. When it is dry wet sand with 600 grit wet or dry sandpaper. If needed re apply to low spots and sand again. Its color is very close to your hull and should match very well.
