Doctors pls help me. suffering chest pain.?

from last yr i am getting shest pain in left side just midlly like pinching with pinhead. as my docotr had ECG it showd normal report so i leave it. after that from today morning i am feeling the same pain in same place. what it could be? my doctor is out of station. so pls guide me in this. with thi s i am feeling weakness and drowsy also. not able to work fastly and more. want to take rest by sleeping like that. pls tel me pls thanq
