Bearded Dragon not acting right please help?

i just bought 2 new bearded dragons. i got two because when i was at petco they both were laying on eachother and like hitting so i thought why should i seperate them.and when i took them home the little one will lay on the bigger one and it is so funny, but the little one is acting way different. they acted normal when i first put them in there new cage. i had a bearded dragon before and it got rly sick and died. it was sick before i got him. they are both very young. id say no more than 2 and a half months. one is large then the other. so i think it is probably just a little older. the lady at petco said that they were the same age. it is about 85 degrees in there basking area. my room is a little cold and the tank is tall so it isnt gonna get much warmer. i have the water spot on the other end which is around 65-70 degrees which is about right. i have the green food in one bowl and the mealworms in the other. i put small and big worms in cuz the size difference between the dragons. but the first day i got them they didnt eat i knew they probably had alrdy ate or were just scared. but today the bigger one is more active. he moves around goes and eats and acts normal. but the little one or the baby i think will just sleep. i mean i put him in my hand he sleeps, i even put him in the water to wake em up but he fell sleep. today i put crickets in and the bigger one ate all of them and the baby just say there. i dont want to have a nother dragon die. idk what is wrong everything in there tank/cage is right i cleaned it i have all the stuff humidty ive been keeping from 45-65 i switch both the black and regular light. but nomatter wht i do the baby one will not eat. and remember they are the same age no older than 2 months. if u need me to put pictures on the size of them or the tank/cage... so you can tell me wht i am doing wrong it would greatly help.
